The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

Addressing our global consumers, the Consumer Business Group serves home improvement, stationery and office supplies, home care, and consumer health care markets.

We are currently looking to strengthen our EMEA Amazon Key Account team with an additional Portfolio KAM position (m/f/x) within our Consumer Business Group EMEA organization.

Here, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Working closely with the Amazon EMEA Key Account Manager, you will make an impact by:

Developing and executing all marketing campaigns intended to reach an online demographic, with full responsibility for campaigns, from concept design and scheduling to ongoing implementation and performance tracking Creating on-site merchandising & advertising activities, including banner ads and search engine optimization (SEO) that target a specific audience Providing programs / recommendations based on 3M strategies and guidance to divisions regarding deals and promotions Liaising with Amazon to provide Amazon Events Calendar Working closely with the SVS (Strategic Vendor Services) in coordination with the businesses and the countries (Germany, France, Italy, Spain, UK) Connecting with multiple CBG Divisions and leading continuous improvement efforts, understanding and utilizing multi-functional resources in division and external accounts

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

Marketing or Sales B2C experience E-Commerce experience & knowledge of the digital marketing environment, social media tools and ideally of Amazon business model Good understanding of performance marketing, conversion rate, traffic optimization Demonstrated customer orientation and focus Data analysis experience and mindset Strong ability to communicate between countries and participate in virtual teams Fluent English
