Main Mission :
Preparation and cost evaluation for the proposals of the BL IAEN Service
Assume the sales support activities required by the IAEN Service sales team

Your responsibilities

Apply the bid process and respect the ABB group guidelines. Analyze the customer's specifications and validate the expectations and needs according with the sales engineer. Know the products and solutions offered by Centers of excellence of the BL Anticipate and adjust the technical solution to the client needs by setting the applicable standards, in collaboration with the Technical Support team Describe the best technical solution for costs optimization in respect to the customer specifications. Ensure external consulting with purchasing department (Electrical specifications, Mechanical etc.) Identify and validate costs: Labor, External supplier’s Write out the complete offer. Participate to the phoning activities in collaboration with the Sales engineer Assume technical presentations to the customers, with the Sales engineer, when relevant Actively participate in the technical and commercial negotiations with the Sales engineer, when relevant Coordinate the handover to the project and Service team

Your background

Higher education in Electrotechnics or Automation You have a good technical knowledge across Automation, Electrical engineering and Electrification. Skills: Rigor, Autonomy, Organization, Determination, Listening, Business sensibility, Communication skills, Team building, Safety and Integrity, Sensibility, Customer focus. You are fluent in English, but also in French. You are able to speak in another language (nice to have, not essential). Occasional travels required, including abroad.
