Technical Sales Support Specialist M/F

ABB worldwide industrial firm is looking for a Technical Support Specialist for Sales for its specialized activity in the field of energy efficiency (electric motors, power generators) in order to better improve its own customers' productivity.

Your main tasks will consist in supporting the local Sales organization/customers for determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions. Further You will prepare technical descriptions rletad to the applied products and technology to support the proposal process, serving as a key technical resource in the assigned area.

Tasks

Your accountabilities will consist also in:

Offering technical advice and provides comment on enquiry specifications for customers/channels/Sales Engineers with regard to ABB products/systems/ applications. Provides technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiationsPerforming analytic and diagnostic studies to determine most suitable technical solution to meet customer needsProposing technical solutions for complex enquiriesPreparing and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations for both internal staff and customers on complex product issuesOffering product/solution/service related trainingPreparing and checking technical articles for publication

Requirements

Bachelor Degree + 2 / 3 in Electrical Engineering or GEII with a mechanical specialization; further You have already experiences in the motors / automotive fieldYou demonstrate commercial sensitivity, both with our customers and internallyYou are able to work in autonomyYou have a great communication skill, being able to listen and handle a proper know-how in adapting Your communication skills properly for Your interlocutorsYou are a team-builder and have a creating networking attitude, being able to such proposals turned to satisfy customers expectationsYou have an high PC-literacy, managing informatics tools and softwaresGood knwoledge of English language, since it will bean essential aspect within Your work environmentYou'll be asked to travel for short-period-trips both to France and abroad
