Overview: Account Managers (AMs) will become a trusted advisor, AM is knowledgeable and credible in front of the line of business stakeholders. AM with support from solution engineers and the expert Catalyst team will demonstrate an understanding of the current MarTech, AdTech landscape and the challenges and opportunities faced by their customers. AM will have a deep understanding of the Acoustic platform and value propositions. Ability to deliver an exceptional customer engagement.
The AM will have previous experience closing seven figure enterprise deals. AM will focus on driving expansion while maintaining business satisfaction and renewals.The Account Manager (AM) serves as the primary Acoustic contact for the account. The AM will have access to a wider support team to assist in monitoring the health of the assigned accounts and the set of actions to help ensure client success - allowing the AM to focus on growth.

Mission High-touch engagement with high-growth customers resulting in increased customer satisfaction and expanded enterprise adoption of the Acoustic platform. Responsibilities: Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders and decision makers, including C-level executives in assigned accounts with the goal of becoming a trusted advisor throughout the client base. Work with clients to build a mutually agreed upon ‘Success Plan’ with performance objectives and critical milestones Conduct Executive Business Reviews to understand current adoption and deployment, business relationship and general issues and leverage them to better position Acoustic’s portfolio for cross sell and upsell. Facilitate the involvement of the broader Acoustic family including Support, Offering Management, Product Development, Services, Marketing and Solution Engineering to ensure client success and meet account performance objectives / customers’ expectations Work with clients to create a referenceable account base and build advocacy, including public promotion and external media engagement and co-ordinate with Marketing to generate relevant Press Releases, Webinars and Case Studies Ownership of expansion, cross sell and upsell at existing client base. Drive business development activities to ensure Clients are fully engaged, aware of the solution capability and continually active with Acoustic to maximise their investment. Drive attendance to Acoustic events and PR activities and build positive client PR for Acoustic. Encourages participation in global and regional user events; leverages online and in-person customer events to share leading best practice. Qualifications: Experience working for/with leading Marketing Technology company 5+ years sales experience with a proven track record of success Experience selling Marketing Cloud solutions Readiness to travel 25% travel annually French and English: Fluent Excellent business English Language skills (written and verbal) Min 3+ years sales experience with a proven track record of success Experience selling SaaS line of business applications Ability to assess customer business, determine solution fit and quantity business benefits Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Client success Managers and 3rd party Partners Track record of over-achieving quota Effective account/contact research Ability to craft account and customer specific messages Business level Languages: Spanish and/or Italian Performance: The AM is ultimately responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and growth – each AM will have a renewal target and an expansion target that recognises the growth potential in the account. Success will be measured directly by the renewal rate, expansion/cross sell/up sell revenue and indirectly by the number of positive client success stories (press releases, case studies and references) and client benefit realization including NPS (Net promoter Score).
