Sales Director

ADP is hiring a France Sales Director Mid-Market Sales

We're looking for an experienced leader to lead the Sales teams for the Mid-Market segment.

As Vice President, Mid-Market Sales, you will be responsible for bringing your strategic vision and innovative approach to expand Mid-Market Sales teams. You will provide the overall direction and leadership to Sales associates for selling all the local & international services and products that we can offer to our Clients on this segment.

Reporting to the Division Vice President Sales France & Switzerland, you will play a key role in generating new and revenue growth, implementing Sales process design, and building a highly efficient and productive Sales team in scalable model that enables high growth in the markets locally and globally and utilizes the best combination of Field Sales and partners to best serve our Customers. You will expect excellence and professionalism from your team in performance of their functions with the highest levels of integrity.

What you'll do: Responsibilities

Grow ADP's Business While Growing Your Teams. You will work with your team to attain or exceed 100% of assigned sales quota within the required product mix. You'll prepare the Mid-Market strategic business plan to identify how the area/regions will achieve the assigned Sales goals. You will work closely with front-line managers to ensure Sales Representatives implement territory planning strategy. You will manage the direct and indirect selling and set-up expense budget objectives.

Grow Your People. You will provide coaching, counseling, and direction to direct reports to ensure their continued professional growth and development. You will manage the implementation and proper execution of Career Development and succession plans to ensure that career pathing opportunities are communicated to all levels of your team as well as building for future strength. You will create a culture where our people can thrive and foster a diverse and inclusive environment. You will be responsible for Human resource management activities for your area. This includes pro-active involvement in the recruiting, selection and promotion of diverse associates; maintenance of proper staffing levels, attainment of desired employee retention rates, harmonious employee relations, monitoring performance management plans and incorporating excellent employee communication channels.
You will be directly reporting to the Division Vice-President of Sales for France & Switzerland and will have tight relationships with other local & international Sales Leaders to ensure regional alignment, collaboration to enter new markets, and career path for team members across segments. You will also interact daily with stakeholders in the ADP organization -Implementation, Customer Service, Sales Support etc- to orchestrate the service excellence value proposition delivered to customer. To achieve this, you will work closely with other functional areas (such as Finance, Sales Operations, Service & Implementation teams, Legal, Marketing, Business Consulting team) to ensure the smooth implementation of Sales.

Report and Help to Improve. You will create a predictable Sales model that enables accurate forecasting on a monthly and quarterly basis following the designated format established by the Division Vice President of Sales: Monthly forecast meetings, Weekly Business Review, Quaterly Business Review, to cascade with your teams List accurately forecasting accounts that will close. You will review Corporate lead generating activities by region, determine region's results, and provide feedback, results, and suggestions to the Division Vice President, Sales and Marketing. You will bring to the attention of Sales and Marketing the needs of the marketplace and provide input to groups such as Sales Operations related to issues that need to be addressed and recommend solutions.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:Required Qualifications

8--10 years total Sales experience plus substantial senior Sales management experience, with a proven ability to manage a large Sales team.
Fluency and capacity to influence in English and French is a must
Recognized as an individual with outstanding leadership skills & experience, professionalism, and business planning capability, especially within a high-growth Sales teams.
Experience in partnering with General Management and Operations to achieve Sales, revenue, profit, and client retention objectives.
Strong ability to interact and influence effectively with C-level executives and team members.
Team focused leader and continuous learner, with a record of recruiting and enabling top talent and ability to improve team performance.
Proactive solutions orientated leader, able to see challenges and work autonomously to get the solution.

Experience of working in an HRIS/Payroll/HR environment.
