Adrenaline Hunter is the first worldwide marketplace for extreme outdoor sports. Our mission is to make people live unforgettable moments by becoming the world’s leading in extreme outdoor sports online booking platform.
Reporting to the regional manager, you will be involved in the management and business growth/profitability in four countries: Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Malta.
This position requires a high level of responsibility, self-motivation, and skillset.
TASKS:
1. Customer service:
- Bookings management: you will be the voice of the company as the first point of contact for clients and sports professionals (via phone, chat, and emails).
2. Account Management:
- Maintain our accounts via direct communication with the activity providers for optimization and profitability purposes.
3. Content integration:
- Utilizing our marketing structure, create new product pages with SEO-friendly content.
4. Sales and strategy:
- Participate in the daily market research to identify new interesting activities that can increase business growth and client acquisition.
PROFILE REQUIRED:
- You speak native Spanish and have a high English level (minimum B2). Portuguese, Italian or French are a plus.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- You are organized, meticulous while working and are comfortable multitasking.
- You are sales-oriented and can express ideas clearly and with conviction
- You are interested in adventure sports and travel
- You feel that there is a solution to any problem, you are enthusiastic and positive
- You are curious and want to learn
- You're not afraid to interact with adventurers from all over the world
- You like working in an international team environment (5 different nationalities)
- You can work autonomously and take initiative
