Job description
As Key Account Manager HCIS, you provide day-to-day Sales delivery to Agfa Healthcare customers in France. You will contribute to develop our business and reinforce our sales team on HealthCare Information Solutions. You will take the expert role for Patient Files and you will be responsible for monitoring costs, profitable order intake, providing forecasts on related figures, coordinating & controlling the sales process, managing customer expectations and negotiating contracts.
This key role will report to the Sales Manager HCIS and is based in Bordeaux. Being part of a larger region, you will be travelling in France, depending on the needs.
More detailed, within this position you are responsible for:
Creating and executing a strategic account plan
Acting as single point of contact to assigned customer base for Agfa products & services
Accompanying prospective customers from first contact to closing of contract
Qualification of accounts
Managing customer relationship
Managing customer expectations during proposal & negotiation phase
Negotiating with customers (new sales, upgrades, service contracts)
Explaining and demonstrating the sold products & solutions and thinking strategically with the customer (requires in depth knowledge of product line and its applications)
Being Sales contact in hand-over from sales to Services
Your profile
You have a graduate degree in Sales or equal by experience.
You have at least 5 years of experience in business development or sales of IT products, and preferably in Healthcare IT.
You understand the business and technical aspects HCIS as well as Hospital IT and Digital Health.
You show good interpersonal and negotiation skills, including the proven ability to network in and build relationships.
You are organized, result and customer oriented.
You are a native speaker French and you have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
