The Market Manager is attached to the Market Director within the Operations / Market Business Unit. Its main role is to plan and ensure the development of the video activity (on the various means of payment) of the company in a defined territory. Its mission is to coordinate internal teams and external partners in order to secure and maximize country profitability. As Market Manager, you will participate in:
Analysis and strategy:
Participate at the definition of the company's international development strategy. The Market Manager defines in particular the operational action plan of the territory for which he is responsible.Monitor the activity of its market (competition, regulation, legislation) so as to ensure the sustainability and profitability of the local activityConduct the strategic analysis which aims to define and contribute to the marketing "Roadmap" for each country, each territory, each reference market:For each country, each territory, define the landscape, the competitive landscape (analysis of the existing, who are the actors, their market share, the flagship products on the reference market etc.)Analyze the "Market Size" and determine the probabilities of market share for a given horizon ("Scoring" by territory), for senior management and business unit managers, product managers, strategy cell, etc. .Based on the results of the analysis, make recommendations on the launch priorities, of any existing offer or "Bundles of Enablers", whether or not in the numerical objectivesAnimation and coordination:
The Market Manager works in relation with the Technical / Marketing / Acquisition / Content / Customer care teams in order to implement the actions defined in the action planSelect distributors able to sell the product or service marketed; highlight with them the advantages of its product; train the network to the offer; stimulate and motivate the network by setting up tools for sales support and bonuses (contests, promotions, etc.)Participate in working groups with all market players (regulators, operators, publishers, ...)The sustainability of the activity:

Expérience, formation et compétences souhaitées
