Inside Sales Representative Ortho (based in Asnières sur Seine)

As an Invisalign Inside Sales Representative supporting our expansion in France you will work together with the field sales, clinical and customer teams to identify, profile and remotely recruit and support orthodontists who wish to offer Invisalign products in their practices and embrace the digital journey with iTero intraoral scanner.

With a competitive base salary and a generous commission scheme, your primary responsibilities will include the use of phone, email, and remote presentation software to recruit Orthodontists for the certification courses allowing them to become Invisalign providers. The same tools will be used to develop our low providers and lapsed Doctors along their journey with Invisalign and iTero.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Proactively identify and cold call new prospects and small providers in assigned territory Develop low providers case submissions by specific follow-up and leveraging on the Clinical and the Customer Success teams from first submission to mature level of Clinical confidence Provide outgoing calls to push commercial promotions during the year Follow up on leads from field sales team, company events, marketing webinars, website, contact forms, etc. Travel to field (France/Europe) 2 to 4 times per year for regional sales meetings, company events, etc. Learn and maintain a personal level of product knowledge and competence in Dental and/or Orthodontia medical equipment Provide all appropriate documentation and reporting via Sales Force You will report directly to an Area Sales Manager

We seek an Invisalign an Inside Sales Representative with

Desirable a minimum of 3 years of sales experience including inside/telephone sales Proven track record of on-target achievement Natural ability to navigate through gatekeepers and identify and influence decision makers High level of time management skills and a team player to interact with support teams BS or BA preferred and/or equivalent experience Native language in French Professional English skills for workplace Physical residence in the Paris area
