As an Account Manager, your objective is to transform a commercial relationship into a long-term partnership with an ever-increasing footprint by converting opportunities and commercializing our SaaS platform to existing customers.
You will be collaborating closely with Customer Success, building a comprehensive strategic network throughout the account portfolio, engaging customers following the Customer Centric Selling® methodology, and closing opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Prospection: Collaborate with the Marketing and Customer Success teams to identify and qualify opportunities Engage and convert opportunities: Leverage existing contact and relationship established during the initial sales process, clarify strategic needs and objectives for the opportunity, and deliver commercial proposals Close opportunities: Deliver quotes and carry-out negotiations Ensure hand-over to the Delivery and Customer Success teams of closed opportunities where appropriate to maximize value perception from the customer Predictability: Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in CRM tool Develop a consultative selling style based on industry expertise and a value-driven mindset Identify and understand trends within the industry to accelerate prospection. Share best practices within the team to contribute to the team's knowledge Requirements:
Ideal candidate will have successful selling and/or account management experience (2-7 years) Stability and achievement – Proven history of being a consistent top performer Knowledge of at least one industry vertical: Retail, FMCG, IT/SaaS Comfortable with consultative sales cycles Comfortable interacting with senior executives across large organizations Manage multiple complex sales processes concurrently and effectively Excellent negotiations skills Responsible for identifying and qualifying long-term and short-term business opportunities and pro-actively identifying and addressing competitive threats Must possess good communication skills and ability to interact with all levels or organizations Experience using Salesforce is a plus Benefits:
