ROLE
The Inside Sales Rep plays a vital role not only with regard to lead development, demand generation and revenue generation, but also with Alkemics’ reputation in the marketplace. The Inside Sales Rep is a frontline evangelist and the direct line to customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Master Alkemics' value propositions and customer stories to create intrigue in our prospects and develop solid business conversations
Leverage sales and industry best practices to identify and qualify our next ideal customer
Qualify leads with relevant information
Perform effective online demos to prospects
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Execute on outbound prospecting techniques and qualifying leads at a pace and quality to consistently hit and exceed monthly goals
Understand customer needs and requirements
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Log activity consistently and reliably in the CRM tool - Salesforce
Collaborate with the Sales Managers to develop territory and strengthen pipeline
Team up with channel partners to build a solid pipeline and close deals
Requirements:
Persistence to get in touch with the right contact(s)
Comfortable generating interest, qualifying prospects
Proven inside sales experience
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong listening and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Track record of over-achieving quota
You will be using the CustomerCentric Selling® (CCS®) methodology
