At Alkemics, every day is different, but your main missions will include:

The Inside Sales Rep plays a vital role not only with regard to lead development, demand generation and revenue generation, but also with Alkemics’ reputation in the marketplace. The Inside Sales Rep is a frontline evangelist and the direct line to customers.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Master Alkemics' value propositions and customer stories to develop solid business conversations Qualify leads with relevant information and understand prospects' needs Perform effective online and on-site demos to prospects Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, events and outbound calls Execute on outbound prospecting techniques and qualifying leads with pace and quality to consistently hit and exceed monthly goals Log activity consistently and reliably in the CRM tool - Salesforce Team up with channel partners to build a solid pipeline and close deals Collect valuable information to improve SMBs offers

Requirements


Proven inside sales experience (1-2 years experience required) University or Bachelor's degree preferred (BAC+3/4) Quick to answer to inbound requests, can identify pains and offer appropriate solutions thanks to her/his listening skills, is also is comfortable answering to objections Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day Persistence to get in touch with the right contact(s), identifying champions in SMB organisations (mainly CPG companies around Europe). English and French are mandatory and a third language is highly appreciated (Dutch, Italian, Spanish, German) Highly communicative, excels in written and verbal communication and can work in a team to support wider goals Good organisational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritise Track record of over-achieving quota
