The Inside Sales Rep plays a vital role not only with regard to lead development, demand generation and revenue generation, but also with Alkemics’ reputation in the marketplace. The Inside Sales Rep is a frontline evangelist and the direct line to customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Master Alkemics' value propositions and customer stories to develop solid business conversations Qualify leads with relevant information and understand prospects' needs Perform effective online and on-site demos to prospects Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, events and outbound calls Execute on outbound prospecting techniques and qualifying leads with pace and quality to consistently hit and exceed monthly goals Log activity consistently and reliably in the CRM tool - Salesforce Team up with channel partners to build a solid pipeline and close deals Collect valuable information to improve SMBs offersRequirements
