Account Manager GamingWould you like to be part of a team focused on increasing adoption of Amazon Web Services by developing Gaming accounts? Do you have the business savvy and the technical background necessary to help establish Amazon Web Services as a key technology platform provider?
As an Account Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology. Your responsibilities will include driving adoption, and market penetration into Gaming accounts. The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to drive an engagement at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects. He/she should also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets.
You are passionate about Gaming and a self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit who is prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, execute against ambitious goals and consistently embrace the Amazon Culture.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute against a comprehensive territory plan.Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS servicesAccelerate customer adoptionWork with partners to extend reach & drive adoptionDevelop long-term strategic relationships with key accountsEnsure customer satisfactionDevelop and execute marketing and awareness programs, events, etc.Expect moderate travel
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
College/University Degree or equivalent experienceSeveral years account management /telemarketing experienceExcellent account management, presentation and communication skillsAbility to learn quicklySelf-reliant, adaptable, decisive, result orientedA proven track record of managing multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines and budgetsInterest in technologyFluent in French and EnglishExperience in technology account managementPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred QualificationsExperience with selling cloud services.A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MISExperience with working with the Gaming ecosystem
