We are looking for Graduates interested in applying for our Commercial Graduate Program 2020. Working Contract will be issued in Barbezieux, France.

The Amcor Flexibles Europe, Middle East and Africa (AFEMEA) Graduate Program is an exciting opportunity to further develop your skills and unwrap your expertise with an international packaging leader offering you a unique working experience in an innovative and diverse environment.

This Graduate Program is an 18 months development opportunity, which consists of 2 rotations of 9 months each. The first rotation (9 months) will be in Barbezieux, France. Second rotation will be defined later in the process.

Take on a Challenge!

As a Commercial Graduate you will gain insight info of a function closely collaborates with Sales, Operation, Marketing & Finance in EMEA region. You will support the Barbezieux site in its transformation to become the Amcor Centre of Expertise for Soft Cheese Packaging. As part of the Commercial team you will be working on:

Cost & Pricing initiatives Commercial Excellence project (e.g. sales forecast, general commercial reporting) Advertise and promote the site as a value adding business partner for soft cheese producers - to customers, prospective customers, and to our own sales community Support the sales teams (through trialling, promotional work, hosting visit, factory “look and feel” for visitors, etc) in the growth agenda for the plant

On top of that you will strongly support the team in following up existing processes, reports and help the team in the new processes’ implementation. Our Commercial teams work extensively across the business, so you will have contact with most of functions.

It’s a good start to have the following:

Master’s/Honours degree in Finance/Commercial Internship or work experience in Commercial area - up to 2 years - is preferred Fluency in French and English is required The knowledge of German is considered as an asset Proactive and result-oriented Collaboration skills and ability to work in a team Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Willingness to travel and work abroad
