In line with BU strategy, you are in charge of the sales ramp-up in foams application through the development of strong relationship to global accounts and an intensive prospection at small to medium accounts.

Your profile:
Business and Technical / Scientific background Scientific Studies
Strong negotiation skills on different levels and in international environment
Strong capacity to listen to customers, outstanding understanding of customer expectations and translate them to provide best-in-class tech support
Good communication skills, excellent team player, dynamism, curiosity
Autonomy and self-motivated, open minded, adaptable to different mentalities and communicative
Team worker
Fluent English and French, third language optional
Willing to travel extensivley
Management of a customers' portfolio and Development of Fluorochemicals foam business:
Translate the strategy defined by the Market Manager into a development plan
Seek for business development as ultimate target of his activity / develop sales / Use own knowledge and competences to explore all possible business development
Explore new markets and applications within the PU foam industry. Contribute to HFO adoption as Blowing Agent in PU (ability to translate customers' needs and requirements in technical features)
In cooperation with sales network and in line with the Market Manager strategy, initiate and set partnerships with key customers
Contribute to market intelligence within the territory: monitor technology choices and changes alert. Contribute to market data consolidation. Assess opportunities and threats
Gather, summarize and communicate pertinent technical marketing intelligence collected in meetings with customers, publications such as trade magazines, Internet and in appropriate trade association meetings
