Détails de la Mission
In line with Sartomer's 3D Printing global strategy, the Business Development Manager is responsible for direct management of 3DP accounts that are strategic, developing and emerging in all EMEA. He/she will BE accountable for development and execution of sales/development plans, identification of new leads/customers to support profitable growth objectives, management of the opportunity funnel and proactive development of relationship with decision makers at multiple levels within the customers' organization.
The role includes 2 main missions :
Account management :
Develops, maintains, and executes sales plans
Maintains good customer relationships, providing interface between the customer and all internal departments, including management, accounts receivable, customer service, and technical areas
Leads sales presentations, negotiations, contracts and proposals to ensure successful outcome of transactions. Interprets customer needs and offers solutions that benefit the customer while achieving sales and margin goals.
Works closely with the market manager to administers sales policies and execute the business and account plans to meet or exceed budget sales, margin and profit goals
Owns the demand forecast
Manages a wide and diverse customer/lead portfolio, writes call reports and updates on various activities using various tools such as Power BI and Salesforce.com
Business Development
- Identifies new customers, partners or end users. Generates leads and cultivate pipeline. Gains and shares information about individual accounts, trends and markets, new opportunities, competitive intelligence, and overall territory with regional and global business team.
- Attends relevant tradeshows/conferences and reports back to commercial development teams.
- Opportunity funnel Management.
- Proactively directs the opportunity funnel process to ensure projects are updated and moving through the system to commercialization.
- Manages the funnel review with strong coordination with the market manager and commercial director.
