Position

To sustain our fast growth, we are looking for an experienced Sales Director to join Arturia!

As head of the Sales Department and under the CEO’s management, you will lead sales in more than 80 countries where Arturia has distribution.

Your experience in a similar position gave you the strategic vision and leadership to manage 6 area sales managers based in the US, Latin America, France and Asia.

With a strong entrepreneur mindset and profoundly sales oriented, you’ll put in place channel marketing plans as well as operational processes to meet our sales goals.

Who are we looking for

5+ years of successful experience in a similar position / environmentPreviously managed a team of high performing area sales managersProven track record delivering on or exceeding revenue goalsExperience working with a network of distributorsExperience in retail and/or e-commerceDemonstrated ability to be creative and think outside the boxExcellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skillsPassionate about music production and/or are a musicianKnowledge of the music industryDrawn by high tech products
