Due to significant new business wins within their division, there is now a need for a talented

Account Manager - Cosmetics Marketing to join and contribute towards their ‘right first time’ world class service. You will benefit from an annual bonus, progression opportunities and more!

The Role

As the Account Manager - Cosmetics Marketing your core responsibility will be the delivery of various Marketing campaigns. You will be integral in strengthening the relationships with clients and you will be relied upon to provide support for their day to day offline marketing campaign requirements. You will quickly develop an understanding of your A-brand clients’ business and use your Beauty / Fragrance / Luxury / Cosmetics sector knowledge to grow their portolfio and spend. The company will expect you to review current procedures to ensure efficiency. You will also manage supplier relationships (national and international reviewing these regularly to ensure all marketing materials and solutions is delivered within set SLA’s. The role will potentially require you to mentor junior team members and small to medium sized teams in the future.

The Required Skills and Experience

It goes without saying that an Account Manager - Cosmetics Marketing will be tenacious, driven, confident and professional but the successful candidate will also have a strong understanding of managing of various amrketing campaigns. from Commercial Print and POS to digital and creative solutions. You will possess a proven track record in Client Services and Print Production Manager - Cosmetics with a good understanding of MIS, Word and Excel. To be successful as the Account Manager - Cosmetics Marketing , you must be innovative and have experience of finding effective marketing solutions for client requirements and a drive to grow the relationship. You will be working on multiple projects, so strong organisation and time management is a must. A strong passion and feeling for 1 or more of the following markets is ket: Beauty / Fragrance / Luxury / Cosmetic. Fluent French and proficient English is needed and any other language is a bonus. You will have a history of managing supplier relationships. Having experience with management and leadership is beneficial.
