Responsibilities
:
Engages with customers, exploring their situations and needs, and probing underlying issues that suggest broader solutions.
Maintains full accountability and ownership of revenue growth and accounts within the 1000-2500 employees per company segment in assigned territory.
Maximizes sales activities and achieves quotas by prospecting for new accounts, building Partner relationships, developing Partner account managers to drive additional growth, identifying whitespace and leveraging the sales network.
Drives overall Partner engagement and strategy (in collaboration with CAM) for the territory, which includes the development of existing Partners and identifying needs to be filled through the recruitment of new Partners.
Operates as a "hunter" and demand generator, conducting market discovery, and driving demand generation through campaigns and use of social media.
Grows the addressable market by identifying the key accounts in the territory.
Maps capabilities of existing Partners to key target areas, and identifies Partner gaps.
Sells Avaya products and/or services to end-user customers with and through Partners in the 1000-5000 employees per company segment in assigned geographic territory.
Responsible for driving activities to ensure customer and Partner satisfaction.
Collaborates with multiple organizations in the sales network to drive field-based activities.
Activities:
Influence the run-rate business with the distribution partners (SCANSOURCE, ITANCIA and WESTCON) by developing sales activities with the local partners
Build, conduct and accountable for the development of the funnel with the top 30 local business partners by building activity plans every quarter and follow up on results.
Establish and follow up on the 50 top accounts of the regions (the one between 1500-2500 employees)
Experience & Education
Proven strong leadership and leadership by influence to achieve the plan of the region
Solid communication skills to articulate internally and externally the messaging of the company for the market itself
Adaptability to the business to transform the business driven in capex to opex and cloud.
Innovative, brings new ideas on the table to improve the way processes, approach to market
Aptitude, curiosity and eagerness to learn.
