Business Development Manager Workplace Audio

for the France and Benelux market.

The Business Development Manager is reporting to the Pre Sales Manager EMEA and is responsible for generating sales through end users and multiplicator entities in the conferencing market in Germany. The multiplicator entity is typically a Unified Communication & Collaboration Consultant (company or individual) and/or a large A/V supplier of products and services, who is a recognized player in this market.

As a Business Development Manager you will develop strategies to identify and approach prospects, develop relationships and create sales opportunities in line with expected turnover. You will drive business development activities to increase demand for our products and drive sales activities to reach the sales targets. Examples of these are setting up product evaluations and events for end users, large ICT Integrators and service providers as well as participating in regional events, communicating successes and creating a network of influential people. In this role you will provide forecast and monitor the supply chain so there is no interruption in supply.

The Business Development Manager partners with teams from other departments. Category Marketing will support in marketing and business development activities, Sales Administration and Sales Support in the execution of the supply chain, Product Technical Support in providing after sales service, Training trains internal Bose and customer technical staff, Product Expert offers basic technical expertise in the sales process and demos to customers.

Job Requirements:

3 years’ experience of indirect sales of a technical product to end users A track record of successful sales results Experience in selling a high-quality solution Experience as Business Development Manager in the Conferencing market Team player, result oriented, self-starter A UCC sales background and high interest in technology products on A/V conferencing French native language and good knowledge of English written & spoken Systematic work attitude driven by strategy, goals and activities Pro-active work attitude, with good communication & presentation skills High level of integrity and strong customer orientation as well as exceptional customer focus, customer driven mindset Microsoft Google and Zoom experienced High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel
