What we're looking for:

The Google Alliance Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving success by leading, developing and growing all aspects of the alliance relationship to increase revenue for Citrix.

Position Overview

The role will be specifically responsible for ensuring sales and channel partner alignment and execution between Citrix and the alliance partner at an area level. You will drive efforts to maximizing market share across the area by presenting and executing a clear vision and focus for the partnership with Citrix!

Responsibilities

You will develop a strong strategy to optimally build the pipeline and develop joint offerings and development opportunities. Using our cross-functional teams of specialists to drive enablement and marketing activities and work closely with key stakeholders both at Citrix and external across the alliance organization, collaborating across areas and GEOs to ensure alignment against objectives within minimum challenges or complexity Understand ‘business levers’ needed to create further momentum with the alliance partner and develop strong executive (C-level) relationships with the alliance partner Collaborate closely with Citrix sales teams and leadership on business opportunities and escalations. As you enable a successful go-to-market collaboration, by working with the sales team to implement joint solutions sales strategies and readiness plans as well as leverage joint assets in order to maintain a pipeline of opportunities Develop a thorough understanding of the alliance partners business objectives and effectively communicate across regional sales teams

Qualifications

Sales & Channel experience. Strategic relationship success across multiple locations. Extensive account management experience, preferably with some experience managing large and / or strategic accounts Planning and financial knowledge Outstanding communication skills – written, oral and facilitation Ability to problem solve – balancing both strategic and immediate needs Ability to work independently and willing to travel where needed across the Geo. Ability to deal with the ambiguity associated with working in a fast paced, constantly evolving and high growth environment and understanding of how to navigate and manage in a complex matrix environment
