On their mission to change the future of law, Doctrine's internal teams also need exceptional technology in their day-to-day work: the Business Operations team is in charge of supporting growth by driving the efficiency of Sales, Marketing and Finance activities at Doctrine.
We boost the productivity of salespeople, marketers, financial analysts and customer success teams, and help them focus on value-creation:
We leverage technology to make tasks faster to complete and enable new approaches;
We set up tools that work flawlessly (no bugs, proper integration, few low-value tasks);

We make useful data accessible at the right time, helping colleagues take the right decisions.
The Business Operations team currently supports 45 people across the organization, a figure that will double in 2020 - we need the help of a SalesOperations Manager to address the challenges ahead and maximise our business efficiency. Your work will have direct impact on Doctrine's revenue growth!
Own the administration of the Salesforce platform and other business tools: accounts setup, report creation, layout changes, permission management, etc;
Support your colleagues in their use of the CRM tool through onboarding, troubleshooting and high-quality training;
Understand the needs of salespeople and business leaders to design and/or build new solutions that will help them reach their objectives, e.g. user-friendly workflows or performance monitoring tools;
Be part of a small, high-impact team with transverse responsibilites and direct exposure to a large variety of departments: Sales, Marketing, Finance & Admin, Product;
Join a product-centric company with strong commercial ambitions.
Extensive, hands-on experience with Salesforce (Lightning) as an administrator;
A real interest in the business side of things (sales, marketing, finance) - your work will affect the way salesreps and marketers actually do their job;
Excellent people and communication skills (oral & writtren) - you will interact with colleagues across several teams, and will be expected to build and deliver clear and actionable training material.
A self-starter / fast-learner attitude, with an an ability to multi-task and to manage expectations in a fast-paced environment;
French fluency and English proficiency.
Hands-on knowledge of sales processes in SaaS businesses;
Experience as a salesperson;
An interest in law.
