We are looking for Key Account Manager with strong sales/ account management experience to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men and recently acquired Jack Black… just to name a few!). This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales/ Account professional to be responsible for growing distribution of Edgewell Personal Care products! The role demands a great deal of relationship building, negotiating, and dealing with all matters specific to French Key Accounts for ‘New Businesses’ (E-commerce & Discounters channel expert).
Let's Get Down To Business
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for defining net sales & gross margin objectives, negotiating commercial terms, and implement sales, distribution, price and promotion policies. In addition, you will be required to provide data analysis on customer performance (on sales and margins), identity new business leads and monitor competitors activities. A key part of this role is to influence e-Commerce Customer’s and Discounters pricing strategy. This role will involve working work across all business teams, including Private Brands Group, Key Account Management Teams, Marketing, and Customer Services.

Ideally you will have lots of experience in a Sales, Category Management or Marketing role within a consumer goods business. You must be fluent in English and French. In this role, it is important that you are able to work autonomously, flexibly and collaboratively with both the internal sales teams as well as your customers.
Professional experience is important. But it’s paramount you share our values and belief in ‘challenge to win’.
What we are looking for:
Successful track record experience in managing French key accounts, preferable within the Consumer Goods industry.Experienced in E-Commerce Management and Discounter channelsEducated to a degree level in a business related subject (desirable)Competence on computer skills, particularly MS Office including good command of ExcelAbility to collaborate with a diverse range of people with different personalities and backgroundsPrioritization and analytical skillsStrong influencerFluent in spoken and written English and FrenchWhat we offer
