We are GuestReady, a global short-term and vacation-rental management company! We provide professional services to real estate investors, hosts, as well as guests. Featured in TechCrunch (http://tcrn.ch/2b9gFNa), our mission is to take the hassle out of short-term rentals. Any operations that are related to turning over guests and optimize listings to incur a maximum yield for the host are handled by us.

The Account Executive role will suit an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and great customer relations who wants to gain valuable experience and exposure at a rapidly scaling start-up in Paris. This could be your opportunity to join a high growth start-up and compete with your skills, experience and exposure to build yourself and build the company simultaneously.

Responsibilities (non-concluding):

Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts. Build relationships with hosts based on trust and respect. Manage a portfolio of accounts. Support and assist the team with day to day operations. Manage home decor and onboarding process of properties. Manage dynamic pricing strategy on Online Platforms using PriceLabs and other resources to help you define the best price according to multiple factors (location, competitors, house characteristics, season, …). Have a holistic approach while being able to solve problems tactfully in order to ensure client and guest satisfaction while on the other hand to wisely use costs for resources. Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Forecast and track key account metrics. Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships.

Requirements for the role:

Bachelor’s degree in Sales/ Management/Marketing Management/ Communication and related fields. Fluent in French & English An individual who’s able to work under pressure being calm and composed. Fast problem solver; being able to seek solutions instantly for any given problem. Experience in delivering host-focused solutions based on their need and satisfaction. Team player; able to work in an environment with cross-cultural colleagues. Detail oriented individual with a strong focus on quality and an eye for detail. Willingness to learn and develop self. Capable of building a rapport with just about anyone and have excellent relationship-building skills. You truly value customer satisfaction and put it at the heart of your work The ability to work with the highest ethical and professional quality standards. Interior Design experience is a plus!
