The Account Executive ensures the smooth running of agency projects while assisting account managers and account directors - from communicating the correct information to all members of the team (including creative and medical department), to facing clients and reporting to the account managers and account directors.

She or he is the owner of overall project quality and respect of the budget.

MISSIONS & MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Arranges meetings and liaising with clients to understand their requirements
- Master at quality control of all work that is submitted to clients
- Discloses project details to the client and all team members
- Provides timely communication in order to complete projects on time and on budget.
- Demonstrates interest in the client in order to develop strong, meaningful relationships
- Monitors all stages of projects to guarantee that they run smoothly
- Writes status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated
- Ensures that the project stays within the allocated budget
- Applies and respects process and administration tasks that will help to keep projects well-managed and organized (creative brief, project brief, contact reports, worklist, timesheets, plannings, timeline, etc.)
- Offers creative ideas to the account manager to develop exciting projects and encourage clients to understand the importance of creativity throughout projects
- Keeps oneself stimulated in order to achieve maximum productivity
- Assists his/her manager with invoicing and forecast.
- Provides support on pitches

YOUR PROFILE

Skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Experience of working as part of a team is a plus
- Good command of.ppt to create captivating, creative slide decks
- Understanding of budget restraints
- Agency experience or awareness of creative processes and techniques is a plus
- A personable and professional character
- The confidence to give clients trust in your work
- Team player mindset
- Advanced knowledge of Mac OS environment and Microsoft Office
- English speaking (fluent or mother tongue), French speaking is a plus
- Good attention to detail

Educational background
- Bachelors Degree
- Master Degree/Business or Engineering School a plus
- Combined with medical/scientific education is a plus
