We are looking for a Key Account Manager (f/m/d) to join us at Humanoo on our mission to become Europe’s leading health rewards platform. Our customers are in the B2B environment and are either corporations or insurances. Over 450 customers trust in our services already. Humanoo is a team of over 70 people, based in Paris and Berlin.
WHAT WILL YOU BE WORKING ON?
You are acquiring new customers through qualified leads, network expansion, organization of demos, tests but also webinars. You are also establishing cooperations with various external partners
You are responsible for coordinating the sales team effort and proactively cooperate with other departments
You work with KPIs, ensuring the goals in sales value is met according to the company sales goals
You work on improving through gathering feedback, best practices with the team and cross-functionally
HOW DO YOU FIT IN?
You bring in at least 4 years of experience within the area of Sales, Key Account Management, Business Development or similar field
You demonstrate strong communication skills in French and English, German would be a plus
You are charismatic, proactive and are keen to constantly develop further with us
You are a team player and have experience in negotiations
