Established in 2008, iPinYou has set its sights to be China’s leading platform in digital marketing through its cutting-edge big data and artificial intelligence technologies. iPinYou owns 59.8% market share of programmatic ad buying in China by combining performance and innovation in digital advertising. Relying on world-class real-time bidding (RTB) architecture and algorithms as well as advanced proprietary audience targeting technology, iPinYou helps thousands of brands in China to achieve robust programmatic buying practice.

iPinYou has developed its proprietary-built marketing intelligence platform called OptimusTM that combines big data analysis and machine learning algorithms that connects brands to 1.1 billion active Chinese consumers on a daily basis. The platform accesses China's largest Internet user behaviour data and has patented on its audience analysis model and ad optimization algorithm. Optimus supports programmatic ad buying on Display, Native, Video, Connected TV across all devices.

iPinYou partners with leading brands in industries such as Luxury, Travel, FMCG, automobile, IT, finance, e-commerce, and gaming who use OptimusTM to uplift their brand awareness and improve their operational efficiency. The platform has successfully served thousands of branding advertisers including Fortune 500 firms and tens of thousands of small and medium-sized enterprises.

iPinYou set up the International Markets Department in 2016 and now has the office in Seattle, Silicon Valley, Singapore. Now we are seeking for potential talents in the UK to build up the business and help the advertisers in Europe to connect with Chinese businesses and consumers.

About You

You will be our first employee in France so we are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated, tenacious and ambitious business development manager to launch iPinYou's platforms in Franco speaking countries. The candidate must be passionate about digital advertising with excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to convert the needs and demands or European clients with the capabilities of iPinYou’s operational teams in Beijing.

Minimum Qualifications

BA/BSc degree or equivalent practical experienceAble to communicate in English with excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills6+ years’ experience in digital and programmatic sales

Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environmentEntrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently

Desired Skills and Experience

Established network of contacts and considerable sales experience within the media and agency spaceDeep knowledge of online media business, audience targeting, programmatic buying and real time biddingInterest in Chinese culture and building commercial links between the EU and China.Exceptional organizational and analytical skillsSelf-motivated, professional and entrepreneurial in natureStrong interpersonal skills and ability to develop solid working

relationships

Deep understanding of media buying research and metrics
