The team works from 6 offices around the world in New York, Houston, London, Paris, Singapore, and Bangalore. We give our clients valuable information on global market movements to make better business decisions—whether that’s trading, investing, or managing their operations.

We are currently recruiting for our Paris or London office, a Business Development Representative H/F 


What we are looking for:


We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join the Marketing team to contribute to our company's continuous growth.


Your role as BDR will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. It is the key role to transform all Marketing investment in Business/Sales reality.


Ultimately, the BDR will boost sales and contribute to the company long-term business growth.


What you will do:



Research prospect companies by utilizing a variety of sources such as websites, news sources, social media, blog


Build, extend, segment and update your target audience


Meet a monthly quota of proactively sourced and qualified leads


Collaborate with the content team to build the relevant marketing materials for prospection and nurturing purposes


Utilize the provided technology stack (e.g., seamless.ai, Hubspot, Zendesk) to plan and document all activities


Proactively target prospects at European level using systematic process that involves cold emails and phone calls


Report to the CMO on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) results, work closely with Sales team on targeting, value pitch, etc.


Stay up-to-date with new products/services and trends @Kayrros and in the market


Responsible for building a strong, and consistent pipeline of leads.


Report on any new market trends that may provide additional insight to sales and marketing to build out messaging for targeted audiences.





Requirements



Ideal candidate:

Entrepreneurial spirit with a hardworking, self-motivated, and ambitious mindset


Well-organized and autonomous


Fluency in English


Prior experience in sales, the energy or financial industry is a plus.
