We are looking for an Account Manager Global Brands, passionate about upselling and renewing to work for Linkfluence main office : Paris.

Linkfluence provides a wide range of solutions, the Account Manager is the cornerstone of customer relationship and support and in first line when it comes to upselling new solutions to our existing clients and renewing existing Saas deals signed by our Sales Executives.
You will work alongside a team of passionate Account Managers to drive success among your clients and develop our existing businesses.
Guarantor of the customer service and accompaniment between clients and Linkfluence Responsible for managing customer satisfaction Responsible for the Annual Recurring Revenue and Client bookings Single point of contact and customer expert in the use of Radarly Accurate coordination with internal teams (Education, Engineering, Product, etc.) Design and own a strategic plan to grow your accounts aligned with the company’s vision and roadmapMore precisely, you will be in charge of:
One or several Accounts already clients = your portfolio Understand, identify and negotiate new business opportunities within your portfolio Push improvement propositions about tools and processes in place Liaise with teams to build dynamic dashboards Retaining customers by offering additional services (studies, new dashboards, new solutions.) Build trust and rapport with your clients to drive your strategic plan in a prescriptive manner.
