The role
As a MediaKind Account Manager, you will manage one of our key customer accounts across the various EMEA countries where they have a presence – Germany, Slovakia, Montenegro, Czech Republic, Macedonia, Hungary and Greece.
You will develop strategic sales in co-ordination with Pre-sales, Operations, Product Lines & Business Development, in order to increase market share and industry coverage.
Lead a core sales team, i.e. Pre-Sales Lead, Operations Lead and Sales to identify potential business across territories and segments to achieve/exceed bookings/revenue targets. Key to this will be driving, encouraging and inspiring the team to achieve sales targets.
Establish and develop customer relationship and intimacy and in-turn encourage and promote customer retention and satisfaction
About you
To be a MediaKind Account Manager, you will have proven and extensive experience in sales and specifically in the media industry. It is preferable that you have exposure to TV platform businesses and possessing knowledge of SaaS models would also be preferable.
As a seasoned Account Manager, you will be comfortable dealing with stakeholders at CXO levels and engaging in business opportunities ranging from $5 - $20 million.
Most importantly for us, to be a MediaKind type of person, you will be an engaging individual, with excellent communication skills. Whilst you’ll readily impart your own ideas on your fellow team, you’ll also be willing to learn from others.
Both English & German fluency is essential for this role. It would be highly desirable if you also spoke another language where our customer has a presence - Slovakia, Montenegro, Czech Republic, Macedonia, Hungary and Greece.
