Account Manager – France Enterprise Transportation Segment
Within the Nokia Group, Nokia Enterprise enables the digitization of asset-intensive industries with critical mission and business needs, providing high-performance and digitally automated fixed or mobile networks and solutions.
The account Manager Transportation segment will have the management with another salesperson of the main customers of Transportation sector in France (with particular focus on regional transport entities such as regional airports, metropolitan trams and railways ...).
Job Responsibilities & Competencies
Define a comprehensive business strategy for identified energy accounts.
Implementation of Nokia product strategies and solutions across accounts to drive growth for the company
Responsibility for the sale of Nokia products and services.
Anticipate, identify and develop recommendations and solutions to meet the customer's needs. Make decisions based on long-term strategic objectives and knowledge and assessment of potential risks to the business.
Present proactive solutions and recommendations that address customer needs on the issues of mobile networks, optics, and IP and SDN products and services.
Will be an architect of the customer account, building and maintaining relationships at all levels of the account, including CIO, CFO, Purchasing, Research and Development, Strategy etc.
Maintain a network of partners, share information and qualify new prospects. Manage the market and strategy of these accounts for the segment.
In cooperation with the partner organization, build the appropriate ecosystem for the account.
Qualifications
Proven technical and commercial experience
Mastery of the technical environment of the large and small business market
Fluency and experience in trade negotiations.
Relationship skills, autonomy, rigour and strong commercial temperament.
Show leadership in managing a cross-cutting team with representatives of Business Groups, financial and legal teams.
Broad knowledge of the telecommunications and information industry, including: IP, MPLS, Mobile, SDN and Optics and their competing solutions
7 to 10 years of sales experience in the telecommunications industry.
Business acumen, ability to plan, organize and integrate. Decision-making and results-making faculties while focusing on client needs.
Develop and implement business strategies (business case creation)
Market Analysis / Competitive Watch
Negotiation, contract management, pricing
Mastery of the French language (written and spoken, fluent), Mastery of the English language (written and spoken, fluent)
