The Job: All You Have to Know
The growth of the company continues, not only in terms of revenue, innovation, and customers but also employees. In the last years, they have launched 4 new countries and acquired 3 companies. This success is creating new opportunities for you to join the Sales team based in Paris, France, as Account Manager.
Your challenges:
developing the strategy for identifying, closing and growing key target accounts across multiple industries; partnering with the client’s Director, VP and C-level executives guiding them through a complex sales-cycle; tailoring unique value propositions for each customer; representing the value of a Workforce-as-a-Service innovation.You: The Talents You Need
You are native French and have high proficiency in English; You have 5+ years of experience in hunting or a hybrid sales role (preferably SaaS); You are experienced in selling to Heads of HR, Operations, and Procurement; You have exceptional skills in generating pipelines and closing revenue goals; You know how to manage 3 to 9-month sales cycles; You have a calculated approach to territory planning, forecasting and pricing strategies.What You Get
