The Senior Field Sales Partner represents the company to customers (partners) and retain overall account responsibility. He/she is the primary contact and engagement point with the advertisers. The focus of this role is on developing existing business as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop custom client solutions utilizing Verizon Media entire suite of products, including Display, Mobile, Video and Native Quarterback a cross functional account team and serve as the main contact for our clients and agency partners Develop strategic plans to achieve and/or exceed target revenue goals Partner with clients to understand strategic needs and deliver Oath resources to meet not only advertising needs, but overarching business needs Understand and effectively communicate Oath’s value proposition, technology, processes, and partnerships as they are related to the growth of current and prospective client accounts Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting these to the organization; report on the macro and micro forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts Develop in-depth knowledge of the digital media industry including developing innovations in mobile, video, programmatic and other emerging media Be responsible for driving a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities, maximizing quota coverage, opportunity velocity and win-rate. Be responsible for the entire sales process from initial account identification and closing the sale, through to developing an ongoing customer relationship. Contribute to the smooth and effective running of the Account Team: handle incoming queries, resolving issues and manage the swift resolution of problems. Provide a high level of customer service with and strives to improve customer satisfaction (advertisers). Prospect new customers and maintain relationship with the existing by telephone, make customer visits when the opportunity identified requires face-to-face customer engagement. The success in this role relies on the ability of the Account Executive to prioritize accounts and focus time and effort on those that are most profitable for the company.
