ProcSea is the online seafood marketplace dedicated to professional buyers and sellers. Since 2016, we've been disrupting this $200bn market by connecting directly fishermen & producers with restaurants, grocery stores & fishmongers, all in just a few clicks.
Our ship is speeding up and has an international reach.
To accompany us in this rapid growth, our Sales Team is looking for a Business Developer. This role is located in Rennes and is a permanent contract.
The crew:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Aquisition crew is an ambitious team of 8 hunters.
The mission:
Your main role is to develop the business by prospecting restaurants, hotels, supermarkets...
In partnership with the inside sales team, you will qualify leads, you identify prospects in the target market and complete appropriate research in order to have the most qualified lead possible (use of social medias, coface...)
Get in touch with prospects by using different ways : emails, phone, text…
Set up video meetings with prospects in order to present ProcSea’s solution
Introduce the prospects to the ProcSea platform
Negotiate contracts terms
Onboard and follow up with the new client on the first few orders placed on our platform

Profil recherché The ideal sailor:
+2/3 years of experience as a business developer B2B is required
An experience related to our business is a great plus (Michelin restaurants, hotels, fish sellers, grocery stores...
Great communications skills, you are able to take and make calls in English and in French ideally (German or a third language is welcome)
You are a closer and driven by the numbers
