We are seeking an outstanding and high-reaching manager who will leave an impact on driving strategic, enterprise-wide, industry specific Customer Success Platform sales initiatives within complex Financial Services and Insurance customers. Role Description:As a Regional Vice President (RVP), Sales, you will play an active role leading a team of highly visible and motivated sales executives in our expanding European sales operation in France, Italy and Iberia that generates revenue and achieves individual, team and organizational quotas. Ideal candidates should possess solid business-to-business sales and prior Enterprise Sales management experience as well as Industry domain expertise in Financial Services and specifically, Insurance. Your Impact:Development of a growing and diverse team who are seen as trusted advisors to our Financial Services customers and with internal team membersSupporting Account Executives by participating and leading in client meetings and engaging other corporate resources as requiredCreating a winning team, including recruiting, hiring and trainingBuilding strong team unity and collaborationLeading weekly forecast meetingsDriving pipeline generation initiatives to maximise revenue generating opportunities for the customer accountsCoaching and professionally developing Account Executives regarding strategies to ensure a high level of closure rates and opportunity identificationEngaging at the C-level in customer organizationsDefining the Go-To-Market strategy for the accountsAccurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to Sales Leadership teamConsistently supervising and enhancing the sales activities of the teamBeing an enabler of an inclusive and winning team spiritRequired skills:Confirmed experience in Digital Transformation / multi-product sales (Software / SaaS / Cloud)French, English language is required (optional Span and Italian)Strong demonstrated and validated sales experience, working with sophisticated Enterprise customersFinancial Services industry expertiseStrong personal network within thekey stakeholdersExtensive people management experience of high value sellers A passion for building a thriving and complementary teamProven ability to create and inspire successful teamsExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to encourage and build trusted relationships (internally and externally)Passion for supporting team development, as well as for their own self-improvementA self-starter that can thrive in a fast-paced environmentAbility to travel globally wide when requiredAre you ready to join us and leave your impact?
