PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

SAP Digital Business Services’ seeks to ensure Customer Success with SAP solutions, services and support; support SAP Growth by driving top- and bottom-line performance on strategic growth areas; and build an Exciting and Rewarding workplace to nurture our employees and attract new talent. Premium Engagement (PE) services, within the Digital Business Services portfolio, support our largest and most strategic customers and will be of the utmost importance for the success of SAP Digital Business Services within the market. Through our Premium Engagement services SAP is ensuring that our customers fulfill our strategic ambitions of helping the world run better and improving peoples lives.

For almost 20 years, our flagship service offering has been SAP MaxAttention. SAP MaxAttention ensures a strategic, long term partnership between SAP and the customer. In 2018 SAP Digital Business Services has significantly updated and relaunched the New SAP MaxAttention taking the longer term partnership with our customers to the next level. With the New SAP MaxAttention we ensure coverage across SAP’s entire technology portfolio and work in team with our customers to help them design, build and run solutions for the intelligent enterprise.

We are seeking a Expert Support Engineer to join our Premium Engagement team to lead our customers on their digital journey leveraging the capabilities of the New SAP MaxAttention and to drive forward S/4 HANA adoption.

The role will report to Head of Premium Engagement France.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Position, pitch, scope and solution the New SAP MaxAttention and SAP Active Attention at our customer Drive forward business development across the France Market Unit Collaborate strongly with all stakeholders on the Professional Service (PS) and PE Sales sides Manage stakeholder effectively, both internally and externally Help transform PE France Team into a high-performing organization Push the New SAP MaxAttention into the Market Unit Have the following Main Key Performance Indicators: Order Entry for the New SAP MaxAttention & SAP ActiveAttention Top Line (Renewals / Expansions / Net New Names) from PE France P&L Driving forward innovation S/4 HANA adoption

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Strong Business and Sales Acumen High Customer orientation with excellent C-level security Strong analytical and communication skills Strong team worker Pragmatic and results focused Solid business knowledge of industries, lines of business and platforms Good knowledge about service organizations, IT systems and processes Very good knowledge about SAP service offerings, in particular Premium offerings Ideally holds master degree in related field (business administration, science, information technology)

WORK EXPERIENCE

Proven record in Business Development / Account Management / Sales / Solutioning 10+ years work experience
