Job Description

We are looking for a talent with strong strategic planning and financial acumen, who has creative ideas for sales engagement for large customers and a deep analytic background, to join our rapidly growing team and help us maximize the efficiency at all levels across the sales organization.


You will play an instrumental role in developing our framework for scalable reporting, strategic planning as well as supporting our regional sales directors in designing their go-to-marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should be able to bring his expertise on strategic discussions as well as actively contributing to the daily execution of sales operations initiatives such as pipeline analysis, sales performance analysis, or management processes and tools.


Your main mission includes:


Manage the development of continuously-evolving forecast models and methodologies, owning the quantitative analysis of the performance of our sales team Build repeatable processes and reporting packages to empower both sales leaders and reps with critical operational data related to sales strategy and execution Develop and maintain standardized operational reports and dashboards (particularly in Salesforce – with the help of a Salesforce Administrator) to monitor overall territory health, data integrity, and other key objectives and performance indicators Support ongoing analysis of business performance with our Finance department Support day-to-day inquiries from the sales team, providing prompt and efficient resolution to a wide range of issues and developing operational procedures and policies Collaborate with marketing to create the right sales collaterals Actively contribute to our strategic initiatives and plans with our leadership team


Qualifications

Profile

This is a strategy as well as a hands-on position - the ideal candidate must be willing to roll up the sleeves. In parallel of your sales enablement activities, you will actively contribute to our business strategy with our leadership team.

Preferred experience:


You have 5+ years of experience as a data analyst in sales operations, consulting, or finance You’re technical with prior experience in data management tools You’re analytical and able to create scalable and repeatable analytics You’re a team Player able to manage multiple priorities and build excellent rapport with internal teams You’re motivated self-starter, proactive and action-oriented You have the ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to work cross-organizationally You had exposure to rapid growth, fast growing companies and you already built things from scratch You are proactive and creative on new ideas and have a great sense of initiative You are completely fluent in English Experience in the tech, SaaS is a must
