We already have more than 140.000 artworks for sale from more than 5000 artists living in 117 different countries and we sold to over 4000 customers.

Your mission at Singulart ?
The Team Leader will fully manage a squad of 4 to 10 people and drive sales volumes of new and existing art collector clients from English speaking markets. As our team has grown from 7 to 10 sales people in less than a year, we will organize the sales teams into regions and you will be in charge of anglo saxon region, notably the American market. You will be working closely with the Head of Operations as well as other region’s team leads to identify and implement levers for growth, scale and excellence.

Implement processes, tools and functionalities that enhance the experience of Singulart customers Track your team’s success and define priorites using KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics Grow a successful team and reach high objectives such as +300% yearly growth Experience working in an environment of a high-potential startup
What are we looking for?
Art collectors based in the United States represent Singulart’s fasted growing market over the past months. The Team Leader is applying the right levers for growth and drives a strong sales team towards excellence using KPIs.
What you need:
2 years+ experience in sales, preferable B2C with a proven track record of results You know from experience what it takes to conquer the US market as a startup company Ability to drive your team’s performance with KPIs combined with a natural ability to diffuse your sales spirit At least 1 year of experience in supervising a team or managing a team (at least 2 people) Business fluency in English, additional languages are a plus Insights into Customer Service for Luxury Goods, Art or Design is a plusWhat you have:
