TE Connectivity's Distribution Management Teams manage the sale and placement of products in the marketplace to customers, either directly through the sales force or indirectly through distributors, dealers and agents.

The Branch Account Manager is responsible for effectively growing TE sales and Market Share through the assigned branch offices and in the assigned market, by account management of the local distributors at the POS level. Strong and positive communication with the distributors through digital platforms in order to successfully train and support them so they can effectively sell the TE product. The job is to effectively negotiate with the relevant BU reporting customer needs and requirements. Efficiently manage branch execution of the distributor's branch account plan including managing all market business reviews and driving engagement and accountability.

Identify critical goals and success factors in different business situations; Develop strategies to achieve and sustain competitive advantage; Translate broad strategies into clear objectives and practical action plans; Focus the organization on efforts that add significant value; Align the organization and allocate resources according to priorities; Consistently checks alignment of current year objectives to strategically plan decisions; Establishes and communicates clear goals and expectations that support organizational objectives; Makes the vision sharable by everyone; Align plans with Distribution Market Managers (DMM) and ensure branch execution. Cultivate & Manage Relationships:
Considers ways to connect with those around you easily; Drive execution, motivation of distributor branch teams through digital platforms; Because of the diplomatic character of the function and cultural differences in the territories, demonstrate a cultural-sensitive attitude; Being able to build trust; Invest in getting to know others and become aware of their skills, abilities and culture; Be open-minded when listening to others.
Demand Management:
Utilize influencing skills through relationship management, strong communication, and synthesize information in a coherent and impactful way utilizing digital platforms; Determine actions after reviewing branch account plans, branch classification and dashboards and as appropriate may direct work to other functions. Will communicate priorities to next level manager; Prepare materials for virtual Opportunity Identification Sessions (OIDs): create presentations, analyze data/research specific to customer, and review alternative solutions; Extraordinairy Customer Experience through positive customer communication and touchpoints with both internal and external customers. May drive or sponsor ECE initiatives. Market Intelligence:
Understands market influencers and conditions; Drive/influence our current/future product positioning to gain or re-gain market share; Understands key components of a competitive kandscape: customers’ needs and how to address those needs; how to compare against your competitors in meeting those needs; Drives brand awareness and positioning with our customers and distribution partners (solutions and capabilities); Promote Business Unit's technologies, New Product Introduction (NPI) and product capabilities with the customer. Key Performance Indicators:
POS at assigned branches; Share at assigned branches; Conversion of opportunities; Opportunity Identification Sessions (OIDs); Opportunity defect rate. What your background should look like: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in direct or indirect Sales -> indirect preferred;
Relevant product or industry experience desired; Working proficiency with Microsoft 360, SAP and SFDC; Full working in English and French language (written and spoken) required, Spanish working proficiency is a plus Strategic thinking and a strong business acumen; Familiair with Distributor Management; Problem-solver and communicator; Excellent presentation skills. > Please submit your application (CV and motivation letter) in English Qualifications Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability,Teamwork, Innovation
