In this context, the International Organization is organized around 8 regions: Middle East, Saudi Arabia, Africa, India, Eurasia, Latin America, Northern Asia and South East Asia.

This position is based in Madrid, in the Eurasia Region, to represent the region on our Digital initiative & develop our business in some countries such as Israel.

Technical & Professional Skills

You have a connective approach of the business (identify cross-GBUs synergies and leverages) and you aim to focus on the needs of our internal and external customers.

You have the ability to develop effective client relationships but you are also technology solutions oriented.

You understand and can support complex bids.

A working experience with digital, cyber and aerospace companies, or within the IoT & Digital Transformation market would be a plus, as long as your ability to present at international conferences on complex technology and innovation.

WHAT COULD WE ACCOMPLISH TOGETHER?

The Digital Innovation Representative for Eurasia and Business Development Manager Israel is expected to:

Develop a strategy towards enhancing Thales leadership in Digital and Innovative technologies Structure cross-Global Business Units (GBUs) and cross-countries teams to promote projects in innovation and digital sectors in Eurasia Ensure the visibility of Eurasia projects within Thales Digital community at Group level Develop business and win clients (client relationship negotiation) across all current and future markets within Thales Group Identify and qualify new business opportunities in both existing and new customer accounts Develop and enhance long term relationships with key industry partners, to broaden the opportunity pipeline, Working closely with the different GBUs Portfolio leads to identify optimum product/service solutions and value propositions to meet domain and client specific requirements. Work with other parts of Thales (e.g. Key Account Managers & sales teams) to develop wider opportunities for Thales and to generate value for Thales as a whole. Work with GBUs Strategy and the Business Leads to undertake strategic business planning
