We are seeking a:
Key Account Manager France
to join our team in Paris. In this exciting role, you will sell Vizrt’s products and services to our key customers in France (the geographical scope could potentially be expanded in the future), focusing on business development within existing accounts.
Main duties and responsibilities:
For the assigned accounts: Meet revenue and order intake targets Accurately build, qualify and report on a solid pipeline of new business opportunities Increase Vizrt’s Share of Wallet Be the go-to-person internally and externally, ultimately accountable for every aspect of the customer’s business with Vizrt Establish a collaborative environment with internal Pre-Sales, Professional Services and Support teams throughout the entire sales process Manage relationships with system integrators and channel partners as required in specific projects and opportunities Identify and find new leads, develop effective strategic pursuit plans, and document actions in key account plans Accurately report on activity and opportunities, and forecast order income and revenue Drive a quantitative, qualitative and transparent sales process Create buyer vision by ensuring prospects understand and can clearly visualize how Vizrt solutions help address their business challenges Ensure accounts, opportunities and leads are accurately documented in line with Vizrt’s internal processes Reach relevant KPIs: Order Intake, Revenue, Share of Wallet, Pipeline, Product Mix, Win rate percentageRequired skills, competencies and experience for this position:
10+ years of experience selling complex software solutions to Tier 1 and 2 customers in the Broadcast, media industry, telecom or similar. Vendor experience with established relationships in the French broadcasting and software community is preferred Proven experience in the development and execution of strategic key account plans, nurturing the contact base, selling and presenting to all levels within the customer accounts and anticipating their current and future needs Experience both in direct sales to customers and selling via system integrators and channel partners Opportunity chaser and closer with a passion for sales and technology, experience in closing deals in a highly competitive environment, and ability to manage accounts, drive up-sales and foster customer loyalty Accountable and results-driven self-starter with the ability to commit and deliver monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue and activity targets Strong business acumen and analytical skills Polished and articulate communication style, fluent in English and French Ability to coordinate and drive internal resources effectively, and to collaborate across different functions and departments to offer the best solutions to your customers Experienced Windows, MS Office and Salesforce user.We offer an exciting job in an expanding international company at our fantastic Paris office, with good salary and employment conditions.
