Our Digital Media suite of solutions enables Press Relations, Investors Relations, corporate communications and marketing professionals to deliver product announcements, investor days, marketing webinars, employee town halls―the events and announcements that build brand, drive sales and engage key audiences for our clients business. Become our next Associate Account Manager!
Your Essential Duties:

Develop, manage, and nurture relationships with accounts, increasing their affinity for Intrado’s digital solutions, adding new contracts, and likelihood of renewals

Manage the overall relationship with the assigned accounts

Monitor account satisfaction and identify customer problems; coordinate with Intrado Service teams Engagement to remedy situations

Lead the sales process in renewals and upsell opportunities

Identify opportunities to grow the West portfolio of solutions in assigned accounts

Locate the appropriate account buyer for renewal and upsell opportunities

Achieve assigned sales billing and quotas

Develop and maintain up-to-date expert understanding of assigned account solutions and understanding of relevant competitor solutions

Research and actively identify emerging trends that influence intrado’s value proposition

Communicate value proposition to existing accounts

Identify and coordinate timely involvement of sales operations resources in the sales cycle to improve efficiencies

Proactively manage pipeline; input, monitor, and update opportunities in a timely fashion

What you’ll bring…


Education: Bachelor and/or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university (with major coursework in business, information technology, or a related field a plus).
Experience:

3 years of experience in a sales role or a relevant account management role


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Bilingual French/English mandatory (Italian, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch and/or Arabic a plus)

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Required experience in managing account relationships, identifying additional sales opportunities, and closing deals

Prior professional experience working with minimal supervision

Self-starter with excellent time-management skills

Superior relationship management and interpersonal skills

Experience delivering compelling presentations to large audiences

Willingness to travel within assigned territory

Independent, resilient with a strong ability to hit the ground running

Adaptability, hard worker, ability to work under pressure
