We’re looking for a Global Account Manager for French market to help our great growing team. This is a sales role and a whole lot more. You’re going to be instrumental in scoping out our end to end bespoke learning solutions !
How you will make an impact:
You’ll be responsible for building new revenue-generating relationships with key target clients in various sectors both with new clients and with existing accounts. As our Sales expert and thanks to your high sophisticated understanding of customer needs and competitor’s offering, you’re able to develop and implement new approach to the sales process.We are looking for people who:
Have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a sales role with a proven track record of successful performance in new and existing business development of complex enterprise SaaS and, ideally, HR solutions. Have ave a broad, general knowledge of the enterprise HR/L&D, people development, training and software sector, ideally with an understanding of HRIS and associated support systems and how these solutions can benefit client business performance. Are experienced in building relationships with C-level down, client-based decision makers – from IT Leads through to Procurement Managers . Possess a strong understanding of different client priorities, business strategies and the full lifecycle meaning that you’ll adept at developing leads and skilled in bringing different solutions to life after the deals you close kick in . Have excellent oral and written communication. Are team-player, able to engage with internal teams. Have entrepreneurial spirit and high integrity, you are a self-starter with a strong work ethic. Are result-driven, able to set challenging, realistic and concrete goals; to make decisions, set priorities. Fluency in French & English are required.About Wiley
