Description :

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Business Development Manager responsible for managing key accounts and bringing new business to Witekio While you have the opportunity to work remotely/hybrid, we are seeking a local candidate. The base salary range is $90-100K, with an OTE of $90-$140K. Commissions are based on three criteria : 65% KPI-25% Customer mix and 15% Business development.

What you'll BE doing :

Develop business synergies with Avnet : Witekio was acquired by Avnet (a global technology distributor and solutions provider) in 2019 under their Avnet Embedded team.
- Develop a deep understanding of Avnet and its organization, processes, and people.
- Partner with Avnet to maintain regular business reviews, and new product offerings.
- Manage the Software Enablement Meetings to animate a community of Software champions.
- Develop and maintain deep relationships within their team across North America.
- Act as the Witekio Brand Ambassador
- Drive business opportunities coming from this channel.
- Drive complex pre-sales on joint opportunities with the group.

Sales management
- Manages sales funnel on existing & new opportunities from various channels.
- Responsible for pre-sales efforts, making sure we deliver comprehensive proposals, on time, and with a high chance of success with end customers.
- Manage contractual interface to ensure delivery on time of quotes to end-customers.
- Sync with the local engineering director and all stakeholders involved in pre-sales to actively manage the different deals and related actions.

Project delivery
- Develop regular and strong relationships with customer decision-makers with a focus on long-term engagement and account penetration

Make sure client communications are consistent and professional.

Demand generation (Marketing)
- Partner with clients for testimonials, case studies, joint webinars, and potential referrals.
