Your challenge
We are looking for a professional passionate individual, who will create and expand stable consistent business in France as well as the Mediterranean territory, establish long relationship with important customers, demonstrate team spirit and collaboration attitude and a continuous improvement approach. As Sales Account Manager you are responsible for leading, improving and developing the today future commercial activities of Pantone in the territories, across the distribution channels. You ensure important customers expectations are met by leading business relationship, partnership and performance around our key commercial driver (growth, expansion, innovation, customer satisfaction, productivity) and create the environment for have you and all EMEA Pantone team to be successful. You will have to work cross-functionally and build cohesive strong relationships with all other Pantone categories teams such as Marketing, Customer Support, Operations, Product Management, Finance.

Sales Account Manager France (& Med expansion)
Job Summary
Lead and develop French key account business to deliver a given sales target. Start with France and expand to Med area in a second phase develop the key account business in other Southern European countries.
Developing a solid and positive relationship between key clients and brand companies in the Textile /Fashion Industry and consumer goods industries as well as develop Pantone penetration with Major French Brands companies
Developing an understanding of key account needs and resolving key account issues (working with logistics, order process, finance etc.)
Growing relationships and bringing in new key accounts
Be able also to sell Full Pantone Products Solutions, Services and Consultancies as well
Planning and presenting reports on account progress and goals
Achieve results-oriented KPI Target, delivery Sales Growth and increase Market share.
Handle direct sales for French market – lead, qualification and opportunities conversion
Manage co-ordination with art and special store accounts/marketplaces (online and offline) with clear sales targets and expectation to manage marketing and promotions for the accounts/marketplaces
Assist regional and global marketing teams to deploy integrated omni-channel marketing plan
Qualifications and Skills
Mother tongue French, proficient in English, preferable an additional Southern European language
Previous work experience in sales and / or key account management and proven experience preferable in the Fashion & Textile Industry
Personal Network in the French Fashion & Textile Industry preferred
Goal-oriented, team player
Self-motivated and self-directed
Eager to expand the company with new sales and new accounts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
Validated results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals.
Willingness to travel (minimum 50%)
Location
France, Switzerland or Italy - Remote in EMEA
