More specifically, you will report to Saint-Gobain’s Business and Operations Communications department and as a HPS Communications Manager you are involved in the deployment of HPS's global communications policy, the implementation and coordination of communication actions, and the implementation of new media.

Tasks and responsibilities

You participate in the implementation of an action plan designed to enhance the value of High Performance Solutions businesses, develop a sense of belonging and strengthen managerial communication. You rely on a variety of skills in multimedia (editorial, video, online and editorial expertise) and events-driven communication.

You are responsible for the distribution of a monthly internal newsletter in English and French, you participate in managing its development, you propose improvement and you produce content for this newsletter and the Group's internal media. You are in charge of producing diversified videos and podcasts You participate in the organization of internal management seminars. You contribute to communication actions to support innovation. You lead cross-functional communication operations and support the communication of functional departments (HR communication, etc.). You relay and promote certain news on the Group's external media. You ensure the monitoring of HPS Business Units. You support the BUs in bringing the group's visual identity up to standard. You provide technical support for monitoring web requests, updating the intranet and mailing lists. You participate in the management of the network of business communication correspondents and you belong to the Group's vast communication community.

Context & Team

Our support functions are undergoing a major transformation and are refocusing on Shared Competences Centres (communication, marketing, finance, etc.).

In this context, you will join a Business Partner team focused on Business communications with our activities. As such, the team is composed of 5 people, one of whom also works on HPS.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

With a 5-year university degree such as CELSA, Sciences Po, top business school, Masters in Communication, you are a communication professional and have more than 6 years' experience in the function, in an agency or with an advertiser, on assignments with a strong editorial dimension.

You are known for your writing skills and your ability to synthesize information. Rigor, tenacity, initiative, creativity and interpersonal skills will be essential to the success of your work. Enthusiastic and appreciative of teamwork and networking, you know how to coordinate a project of international scope with multiple players and show a particular appetite for technical and digital activities.

Fluent English is essential, and a good command of a third language would be appreciated.
