Contrôleur de gestion confirmé H/FRole Background :
Join the finance team of Capgemini ERD Fr as a financial controller of an Operational Unit. You will be responsible of data quality for Closing, Monthly Forecast and Reporting. You will be reporting to the Head of Controlling and be part of a 14’s finance controller team
Key responsibilities:
• Follow Unit P&L from actuals to forecast, variance analysis and reporting to Unit Manager
• Ensure LEAD rules and IFRS standards compliance within Operational Unit
• Produce financial reports and analysis of the perimeter
• Support Unit Managers to build Budgets & Forecasts as Business Partner
• Complex projects follow up
Professional experience & skills Competencies :
With a Bac + 4/5 training in Finance, you have at least one successful experience in a similar position
At ease with tools, especially with Excel, Power Bi, Oracle GFS, Business Object
Intermediate level of English (written and oral)
French / IFRS standards understanding
Personal qualifications and skills :
• You are organized, rigorous, reactive and autonomous
• Autonomous, you have good interpersonal skills and are recognized for your ability to communicate and work in a matrix environment
• You have a sense of service, good oral and written communication and the ability to manage several files in parallel
