Job description:


The EPM Technical lead is in charge of reviewing, validating & monitoring all technical changes made to the group financial planning, reporting & consolidation platform (Tagetik). You will be involved in all aspects of the platform life cycle from requirements through to build and post go live support, working as part of varied team of expertise and level.


As a key contributor on a platform run in agile methodology, your input can be requested at any point prior to a sprint validation or during its delivery. You are the key point of contact for the IT EPM Center of Excellence manager, the scrum master and the development teams, but also for all other integration or technical teams that may have impacts on the platform.


The daily tasks will include but are not limited to reviewing development roadmaps ; maintaining, documenting and communicating any release to the relevant teams ; assessing the impacts from environment upgrades ; recommending technical options when a specific evolution presents challenges ; proofing all sprints before their release to a staging or production environment ; monitor the platform performance and maintain impeccable SLAs.


Main roles and responsibilities:


Expertise & internal consulting:



Contribute to define the platform roadmap.


Manage development sprints with the development resources to ensure smooth delivery according to budgets & planning


Manage external development resources


Ensure best practices in developments across the solutions used in the platform


Stay up to date with the latest Tagetik releases, but also with other EPM solutions, to make sure we have access to the latest technological competitive advantages



Application Maintenance:



Monitor and ensure optimal stability on the EPM platform


Conduct disaster recovery exercises and work in close collaboration with cyber security teams


Anticipate impacts for any Tagetik release to work in a continuous upgrade mode, align with concurrent platforms to ensure stability for any end to end process.



Roll-out & Deployments :



Manage roll-out plans and validate deployment roadmaps at a global level


Provide integration expertise for local IT teams


Ensure proper technical resource availability to support local deployments


Actively participate in key milestones for critical markets or regions


Periodically review local integration maturity and IT stakeholders satisfaction



Profile required:



Education required: Masters Degree in engineering


Experience / Background: 5+ years of development experience


Confirmed Tagetik or EPM development experience, solutions architect background a plus


Ability to manage budgets > 0.5M


Good presentation skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment


Fluency in English required, French or Italian is a plus
