Part of the inbound Product Management team,

your primary mission will be the successful management of a line of Adobe Campaign products including the monitoring of R&D developing.

Deep product knowledge of both Campaign Product lines as well as extensive experience interacting with our customers are essential for this job.

Responsibilities

Conduct and formalize requirements and needs according to detailed functional specifications

Gather information and needs from various sources (R&D, Product Marketing, Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, Partners and Clients)

Track the implementation of the features

Ensure that the product is adopted by the entire company and manage communication to all relevant departments (training, consulting, presales, etc.)

Provide support to the Professional Services teams during project implementation

Synchronize with our EMEA and US team on a daily basis, through several channels (calls, emails, live meetings…)

Requirements

Proven significant professional experience in Product Management, and have knowledge of Digital Marketing or related fields (CRM)

Expertise in APIs implementation, design and technical architecture

Good understanding of SaaS challenges

Open, autonomous and with excellent communication skills

Demonstrate an excellent technical background and proven knowledge of data modeling

Ability to demonstrate, explain and position the value of the product you’re working on

Fluency in English and French required
