Job Description

Within the Airbus Programme Enablers – whose mission is to enable adaptation of IT landscapes to key Programme changes like ramp-up and support all functions to manage Programme, Portfolios and Projects –, the jobholder will be managing some applications of myPPM (Program and Project Management) product.

Context:

Team of mainly project managers. Managing project management tools (myPPM product). Scope of tools managed by candidate : kanban, iobeya, + some tools in G-Suite to come.

She/he will have the End to End accountability towards the product customers and users for delivery and the experience they receive with the product in operation.

The targeted user population identified (>2000 users) is a large group of people from all Airbus Divisions (Airbus Commercial, Airbus Defence and Space, Airbus Helicopters), cross all functions (programmes, engineering, R&T, E&MT, plants...)

The mission is to deliver the product by assembling the right skills and competences in a multi-functional team from IT and Programmes functions primarily and to support the deployment and sustained operation of the product overtime in order to guarantee the best possible user experience with the product.

E2E accountability of myPPM product:

Enables Programmes and functions teams to access the needed tooling for Portfolio and Project management and report performance (e.g. EVM) Develop a global offer for PPM needs from classic project management to full Agile / devops, from global reporting to local team alignment Accountable for end-users satisfaction (tools themselves plus associated user experience for all level of users) Enable the deployment of Agile approaches throughout Airbus and Airbus divisions thanks to tools, methods and expertise
